An absolute hole in the wall, hidden gem!!! Fantastic value, my new go-to breakfast place. Super cute space and probably the best customer service I’ve had in Mexico. Nice, clean, open kitchen with fresh ingredients prepared in front of you. The place has a great vibe, good music at a reasonable volume, all the employees are laughing and joking with each other while they work hard. The smiles are genuine here. I was the only non-local but that didn’t matter, prices are extremely fair for the high-quality food they serve. I had a full breakfast set with juice, coffee, a (delicious) bread basket and chilaquiles main, and it wasn’t quite 100 hundred pesos. Excellent price:value ratio Bueno, bonito y barato!! 10/10/10

I’m from the US and have been traveling around Mexico for the last 3 months. I have to use Google Maps to find restaurants. When I first pulled up to this small restaurant, I almost didn’t go in because it was so small. But I did. This was the best breakfast and probably meal, I’ve had in Mexico. I’ve been back once already. The food is top notch, and the service couldn’t be better. I might leave the area and continue on with my travels, but so far, this was the best after traveling for so long.

This little place only has three tables but the food is amazing. If you want some really good authentic food this is the place. The food menu is small but it’s worth it. Great service will return again.

Everything was fresh and fantastic. One of the best burritos I have ever had! The salad that came with it was perfect as well, just a little bit of light dressing and very fresh ingredient. Also got chilaquiles with green salsa and enchiladas with red salsa and ham. Both were delicious, and the portions sizes were generous! Would happily eat here again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next...

Valentina is an amazing, quaint restaurant that’s a must try in Cholula. There are 3 tables and food is prepared in the kitchen right next to you. The amount of food that kept coming to the table was incredible. In order: A plate of 5 tasty conchas, fresh juice, cafe de olla, fresh fruit plate of melon, papaya, and granola, chips and salsa, fantastic chilaquiles, refried beans, and a basket of bread. Everything but the juice was included in the breakfast. The service was fantastic and people so nice. After 7 weeks in Mexico and 5 different towns, this is one of my favorite spots. With tip it was 155 pesos out the door and an incredible experience. Don’t miss these great folks when you’re in the area.
